Therapists spend valuable session time re-establishing context from previous conversations, while many clients leave therapy because sessions fail to feel immediately valuable. The challenge was validating whether therapists would adopt an entirely new workflow to solve this problem.
As cofounder, I led customer discovery, sales, and go-to-market strategy. I interviewed over 150+ therapists, ran 30+ product demos, and worked closely with practitioners to validate the problem, refine product direction, and establish pricing. These conversations directly shaped the product while resulting in early customer commitments and letters of intent before launch.
Within four weeks of inception, Olos secured 26 paid waitlist commitments and LOIs totaling $15.6K ARR. The project demonstrated my ability to validate markets through customer discovery, iterate from qualitative feedback, and drive early traction before writing significant product code.
